1. Object of the Service

Mind of Spades provides an online educational environment focused on magic and mentalism. Users can purchase individual courses ('Lifetime Access') or monthly/annual subscriptions to access curated video content.

2. User Registration and Account

• To purchase content, the user must create an account with truthful information.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials to allow others to see paid content is strictly prohibited.
• The user is responsible for the security of their password.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are shown in the platform and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are made via Stripe. For subscriptions, the user authorizes recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.
• Mind of Spades reserves the right to change prices. Price changes will not affect already purchased courses but will affect future subscription renewals with prior notice.

4. Digital Content Delivery

Access to digital content is provided immediately after the payment is successfully processed. The service is considered 'delivered' as soon as the user can stream the video lessons in their dashboard.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with European regulations on digital content (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (refund) does not apply once the digital content has been accessed or the execution has begun with the user's prior express consent.

By purchasing a course or subscription and accessing the video content, you expressly waive your right to a refund. This is due to the nature of the content (magic secrets), which cannot be 'unlearned' once viewed.

Subscription cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refunds will be issued.

6. Magic Secrets and Confidentiality

The user acknowledges that the value of the platform lies in the secrecy of the techniques taught. The user agrees not to reveal, teach, or redistribute the methods learned on Mind of Spades to third parties or on public platforms like YouTube or social media.

7. Intellectual Property Protection

The platform uses watermarking or technical tracking to identify the source of any leaked content. If a user is found to be recording or distributing platform content, Mind of Spades will terminate the account without a refund and reserves the right to seek damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mind of Spades is not liable for technical interruptions due to third-party providers or maintenance. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, specifically those involved in piracy, account sharing, or payment fraud (unjustified chargebacks).

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
